From out of town and she got me in at the last minute before I leave on vacation. She was awesome, always asking if I'm alright. I would go to her again if I need any future work. She would do well as a family dentistry for all work. Amy was great too. I'm very appreciative you taking me in.

I had to have a root canal procedure done the other day. Of the 8 root canal that I've had over my lifetime, I can honestly say this one was the most painless. After the local anesthesia was administered, I felt absolutely no pain. Dr Gracy walked me through the entire process, asking how I was doing, what she was doing to keep me informed during the procedure. Her interactions with her assistant were seamless, working together as one unit. Her receptionist is super and was very professional from her call the day before, to the time I walked into the office. From the time that I was seated to the time I was walking out the front door, was exactly an hour. Dr Gracy even made it a point to call me after hours to make sure everything was OK and whether I needed anything. I'm not a fan of the dentist because of the potential for pain. Dr Gracy changed all of that by her skill and compassion. If a root canal is in your future, seriously consider Dr Gracy, who has an office in Gainesville and Lake City. You won't regret it.

I can't express enough about the care that I received while getting a root canal done. Very professional and explains everything as she proceeds with the process. I had absolutely no pain during and after the procedure. Also calls later to check on you. I can honestly say I've never experienced a root canal before without pain. Dr. Gracy is awesome! She was very honest with me. She explained the whys of everything! She communicated during my entire procedure as well! She genuinely cares about the well being of her patients. Her assistant is amazing too! Ms. Samantha is very friendly and helpful too! Thanks yall!

Visited Dr Gracy for a root canal yesterday on molar #3. She did a fabulous job, I cant say enough about her demeanor and professionalism. She was able to drill thru a new crown that I had just put in a few months before and I now I am good as new. Dr Gracy called me yesterday evening to check on me and see how I was holding up. I feel great today, no asprin needed! I would highly recommend her services.
